Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) Citywide Assets Management System

Fortis implemented “OPEK ITS Orchestrator Assets Management Portal” (AMP) which is an assets management software package intending to document over 10.1B of NYC DOT ITS assets, including 6,300 miles of streets, the largest municipal street-lighting system in the country consisting of 262,000+ lights, 162,000 corners with corresponding infrastructure, 14,000+ traffic signals, a variety of DMS’s, CCTV’s, RTMS’s and other ITS and IT corresponding devices currently installed on New York City streets.
