Portals
Smart City Assets Management System is an integrated digital platform designed to support municipalities, transportation agencies, utilities, campuses, and smart infrastructure operators through centralized monitoring, automation, and lifecycle management of citywide assets.
The Fortis Fiber Management System (FMS) is a comprehensive, GIS-enabled fiber optic infrastructure management platform designed to inventory, monitor, maintain, and manage enterprise and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) fiber networks. Built as part of the Fortis OPEK ITS Orchestrator™ platform, FFMS provides transportation agencies, municipalities, utilities, data centers, and telecommunications organizations with complete visibility into both outside plant (OSP) and inside plant (ISP) fiber infrastructure from installation through retirement. The system complements the Fortis Connection Management Portal (CMP) by extending cable and connectivity management into a complete lifecycle asset management solution.
The Real Time Passenger Information (RTPI) portal controls heterogynous LED signs, displays information in both in visual format and with push-button audible technology, including text-to-voice capability. The Portal supports amber and color signs and can accept data from multiple sources. The Portal also can create routes and stops, display information about devices and timing on geocoded maps, support train/bus/gate stop displays, and provide information to disadvantaged passengers.
The Portal can also provide real-time maintenance information, including controller status, power, communication, and LED panels info. It supports a variety of communication types and security protocols, including the NTCIP family of standards and TMDD Central-2-Central data exchange protocols. It can also provide reports, notifications, and alerts, and control 1,000-16,000 stops from a single interface.

The Real Time Traffic Information (RTTI) portal allows the public, NYC DOT partner agencies, and the media to view NYC DOT and NYS DOT CCTVs, provide tabular and geocoded map views, and grant the ability to create virtual video walls. The portal provides travel time and travel condition information in real-time. The portal includes information for cycling riders (NYC Bike Map, location of bicycle parking racks, etc.) and a map of available electrical vehicle charging stations.
Street Light Maintenance Portal—ideal for use by cities, DOTs, private campuses, parks, schools, utilities companies, or Smart infrastructure teams managing roadway lighting systems. SLMP can accommodate up to 5 million poles, charging stations, and pole infrastructure in a single view/node, making it scalable for organizations of any size.
